Call Center Rep
Carlsbad, CA Temporary $19.00 - $21.00/hr Onsite

Job Description
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide prompt, friendly customer support
  • Verify customer information and document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and basic technical or account issues
  • Process orders, payments, returns, and service requests efficiently
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Follow call scripts, quality guidelines, and performance metrics
  • Maintain a positive tone and professional communication on every call
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals
